IXYS Semiconductor offer a wide range of IGBT modules, PIMs and discretes. The IXYS range includes IGBT modules ranging from 50A to 3300A & 600V to 3300V, IGBT PIM's ranging from 18A to 640A & 600V to 1700V & IGBT discretes ranging from 6A to 150A & 600V to 4500V.
